First of all, you need to open the Google Docs page, Look at the page bar, There is an Insert option then click on the Insert button. 
When you click on the Insert button, you can see a feature, there is an option called Drawing. You need to click on it.
Now you move the mouse pointer over the drawing option, another feature comes out. This feature has an option called New.
Then you have to click on it. Then an interface called Drawing comes out. There is an option to insert an image option Image Icon at the top right of the drawing page. Clicking on it to take the image from Google Drive or a computer.
When the image is inserted on the drawing page, you can rotate the image by clicking on the image. To make a mirror image, first click on the image, then notice in the bar above that there is an option called Action. After clicking on the action button you will see a feature. Below that there is an option called Rotate.
Move the mouse pointer over it and another feature will come out. The feature that came out has an option called ‘Flip horizontally’ and ‘Flip vertically.’ that you can convert the image to a mirror image by clicking on it.
And finally, you need to click on Save & Close button at the top after finish your work.
