But don’t worry, there are ways around it. In this tutorial, I will show you how to remove the watermark from your image using Photoshop.

This is a quick process so let’s get started.

Method 1: Remove Watermarks with Content Aware Fill

1. First open photoshop & watermark image you want to edit.

2. Then go to “Select” option & click “Color Range” option.

3. Now, Select the color of your watermark then press “Okay” option.

4. Then you can see that only the selected color in the entire image has been selected.

Note: The selection is very much accurate to the edge which gives us better remove watermark.

5. Then go to the “Select” option again & hit the “Select and Mask” Option or press “Alt+Ctrl+R”.

6.Next increase the “Radius, Shift Edges,& Contrast” option. Also increase the “Feather” option to get smooth edges.

7. Now go to the “Edit” option & hit “Content Aware Fill” option.

8. Then press “Ctrl+D” to deselect the layer mask.

9. You can see the selected area is replaced.

Note: You also ensure your photo background does not include the color of your watermark.

Method 2: Select Watermark Manually.

Watermark contains more lines so I’m gonna use a brush tool.

Now, create a new layer & start drawing lines above the watermark lines.

Note: Press “Shift” key to get straight lines.

If you have text or logo instead of line simply draw above the text or Logo using a brush tool.

I’m selected all the watermark lines then increased the size of the brush & cover the text area as well.

Now select the new layer and press “Ctrl + click the Layer”.

Then go to the “Edit” option & hit the “Fill” option or press “Shift+5”.

Then pop up new windows, now select “Content Aware” & press “Ok” option.

See don’t have a watermark in the photo.
