To use this app, you should follow the following steps:
- Open your Google play store app.
- Next, on the search bar, type “Filmr” and proceed with the search.
- Tap on the download option on your android screen.
- Once the app has been installed in your android device, open the app.
- Your home screen will have two tabs: the camera roll and the camera.
- Tap on the camera roll to import the videos that you would like to add music to.
- You can select more than one video to merge them together as you add some background music on them.
- Click on the three dots next to the video file and adjust the background sound of your video.
- Once you are done, click on the Music icon next to video and you will be redirected to your music library.
- You can select the music of your choice from the list and add it to your video.
- If you want to add multiple songs on that video, you will follow the same steps add the second audio of your choice which will appear below the first timeline song.
- You can save the video or share it on the social media platforms.

Those who have installed Snapchat from Playstore can proceed as follows:
- Open Snapchat, if you have not signed up, you can sign up and log in.
- At the bottom of your screen, click and hold on the capture button if you want to record a video.
- If you want to load a video to add music to, choose the video and click “select”.
- You can play a song from any music app in your android device to be recorded in Snapchat video.
- Click on the download arrow facing downward to save your music video.
Using Instagram stories
- On your home screen, Open Instagram app and log in.
- To open your camera, swipe from left to right and this will take you to “your story”
- To record a video, click and hold on the circular button. (You can as well choose a video from your gallery to add music onto it.
- Tap the four icons on your android screen to choose the operation you want to apply to your video, but in our case we will choose “music sticker”.
- A music list will appear on your screen and click the song of your choice.
- Click on the “Done” button to save the music video.
